RJA&HS SUMMER COUNTRY FAIR

SUMMER FLOWER & PRODUCE SHOW – 16 & 17 AUGUST

This is being held at the Royal Jersey Showground, Trinity.

Open to the public from 10.30am to 5pm both days. Gate Entry is £4 for Adults, £2 for Seniors 60+ and free for Members and Children 16 & under.  Free parking and well-behaved dogs welcome.

The Horticultural Show is being held in the Main Hall and includes lots of beautiful displays of pot plants, cut flowers, fruit, vegetables, cakes, flower arranging, art and photos.  Schedules are available from the office or our website https://www.royaljersey.co.uk/show   Entries close Thursday 7 August – so in just a couple of days time!

The Cake Auction will be held at 3.30pm on Sunday 17 August with all proceeds going to Dementia Jersey.

The Prize Giving is being held on Saturday 16 August at 4pm.

The Kennel Club of Jersey will be holding a Companion Dog Show on the Saturday outside on the grass area – lots of classes to enter so bring your dogs along to enter on the day. Registration 12.30 to 1.30pm and judging starts at 2pm.  Classes £2 each with goody bags for class winners.  The judge is Philip Sime from Channel Television.

The Jersey Classic Vehicle Club will be providing a display of cars, motorbikes and tractors on the grass area outside on the Sunday.

The Jersey Poultry & Ornithological Society will be having their 170th Anniversary Show and will be located in the New Arena. For more details, please contact Collette Bisson on 07797 720615.

Craft & Trade Stands Lots of local craft and trade stands will be selling all sorts of items so be prepared and come along to buy your Christmas presents early!

For the Kids: King of the Castle Bouncy Castles, Carousels and Mini Tractors

Delicious food will be served by Beresford Street Kitchen from the hatch in the Main Hall with picnic benches outside.

Plant Sale: Society Shop if anyone has any plants to donate!
