DIFFERENT LAND AND LANGUAGE – ALL TOO FAMILIAR PROBLEMS

With thanks to our correspondent from Normandy, who has sent us this notice – it appears widely on the Internet and social media and has been posted, we are informed, in this physical form, outside French villages. The problems seem very similar to villages in the UK. In Jersey, it could equally apply to those who may live in a rural parish but whose interests and expectations are totally urban.
